  20. I know I've got a copy of C7 (and may have a copy of C6) -- but 
  21. unfortunately, I'm not willing to part with them.  I do know that 
  22. [recent] books on the market have bundled a copy of C7 with Microsoft's 
  23. permission.  I think one of them was Tricks of the Game Programming Gurus 
  24. (is that the right title?) by Sams Publishing.
